How a Mountain West Minimalist met an East Coast Maximalist…

Though we have a love/hate relationship with social media, there’s one big reason we LOVE Instagram—it’s how we met!

At the time, Callie was building an online coaching business around Enneagram Life Coaching, while Katie was a full-time wedding photographer. We connected in the comments of a post by Jordan Lee Dooley, who had encouraged business owners to connect.

The rest, as they say, is history! Katie worked as a freelancer for Callie for about two years, and we quickly realized that our strengths and weaknesses perfectly balanced each other. Not only did we connect on a business level, but we also became close friends. The little likenesses between us are also a little uncanny…

  • ✅ We got pregnant with our first babies at the same time (with due dates just weeks apart)

  • ✅ We both have husbands who love outdoor adventures

Now, we each have two kids, and our conversations cover everything from God to business strategy, kid struggles, attempting to convince one another to move across the country, and anything in between.

Thanks to Instagram, we've been able to travel and visit each other and our families every year for the past 4 years. We’re so thankful for our friendship and fully believe that God brought us together for a reason!

Hi, I’m Callie!

I live in Colorado Springs, CO, with my amazing family, and I'm so grateful for this life we get to live. I've been an entrepreneur since I was 14, starting with a cleaning business and expanding into managing retail stores, life coaching, flipping houses, and working as a real estate agent. I’m passionate about growing my skill set and constantly evolving as a person. As a Type 3 on the Enneagram, I thrive on setting and achieving goals.

But the best roles I get to play are being Kramer’s wife, and a boy mom to our two energetic toddlers, Fletch (3 years old) and Arlo (2 years old)!
In my free time, I love creating, baking, hiking, eating, and diving into any new adventure that comes my way!

Hi, I’m Katie!

I live in Bemus Point, NY alongside the beautiful Chautauqua Lake with my husband, Jackson, our daughter Beckley (3 years old), and our son, Cullen, who will be 1 this year. We’re also blessed with two dogs, Sully and Sampson, who are both 85 pounds of fluff and fun. As a wedding photographer, I’ve had the pleasure of capturing countless special moments. My greatest joy, though, comes from spending time with my husband and kids and soaking up every precious moment together.

Traveling is a passion of mine, and we’ve become pretty skilled at experiencing new adventures as a family. A few fun facts: I cried when Fred Weasley died, I love studying eschatology in my limited free time, my favorite podcast is Blurry Creatures, and I pray every day that God will one day bless me with twins, much to my husband's dismay.
